You can cancel trips covered by FlexiPerk for any reason.
FlexiPerk does not apply to partial cancellations. For FlexiPerk to apply, you must cancel the whole trip for all travelers.
Depending on the types of services in your trip, you must request the cancellation:
- Flights and Trains - at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cars - at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Stays - before 4 pm on the day of check-in.
