You can pay for car rentals on TravelPerk in 2 ways pay on arrival or pay in advance.
To access pay on arrival car rentals, you need to update your company's car payment preferences.
If you have different companies on your TravelPerk account, you can choose which company the Corporate Rate and Billing Number applies to.
If you enable pay on arrival payments, you'll still see all available rental cars when searching on TravelPerk.

Change your car payment preferences
- Go to Account Settings
- Under Travel Management, select Car preferences
- For each company, select the payment preference - All, Pay on arrival or Pre-pay
- Click Save Changes
- To add your corporate code, click Manage corporate code
- Click Add new
- Select the Supplier, enter your corporate code, select the country and, if applicable, add your Direct billing number
- Click Save changes
Note: Currently, Direct Billing is only available for Enterprise, National in all countries and Avis in the USA.
