You can pay for rental cars on TravelPerk in two ways:
When searching for a car, you can filter by payment options.
Both options provide rental cars for the same price, but some companies only offer one payment option.
To access pay on arrival rental cars, an Admin needs to update your company's car payment preferences. For instructions, see Change your car payment preferences.
Note: All rental cars require a credit card in the driver's name and a driving license valid in the country where they are renting.
Pay on arrival
TravelPerk won't charge you for this rental car, you'll need to pay for the booking when you pick up the car.
You'll still need to select the payment profile and method to pay for Premium or Pro fees and any other bookings or extras on the trip.
Pay on arrival bookings are currently excluded from TravelPerk reporting as they are paid for directly with the rental car company.
Pre-pay
TravelPerk will charge you for this rental car and then pay the rental company on your behalf.
You won't be asked to pay for anything else when you pick up the car unless you want to add extras, such as additional coverage, refueling service, navigation, etc.
