Turn on out-of-office approvals

Sometimes prices increase or services sell out if you don’t book them straight away or if you are waiting for approval.

To avoid this, we've created out-of-office approvals that let you choose who you want to manage your approval requests while you're on holiday or away from the office.

To turn on out-of-office approvals, follow these steps:

  1. In the top right corner of the TravelPerk homepage, click your profile picture
  2. Select Your profile
  3. Go to Availability and click Set out-of-office
  4. Set your out-of-office period, select a Backup approver and click Save

To turn off out-of-office approvals, go to your profile and click Turn off out-of-office.
