If your company has negotiated corporate rates with your preferred hotels, you can add them to your TravelPerk account, so you and your team can find and book rooms at corporate rates directly within TravelPerk.
By having your company's negotiated corporate rates on TravelPerk:
- You can book all your stays in one place. If there's a preferred hotel in the area you're traveling to, you'll be able to enjoy the preferred rates automatically.
- You will enjoy all the benefits of using TravelPerk with your preferred hotels: invoicing, reporting, 24/7 customer support and assistance.
When you book a stay at a preferred hotel, we will ensure that the corporate rate is applied to your booking. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email as usual.
