If you have a Premium or a Pro account, you can book an Airbnb via the Concierge box on the home screen.
Booking an Airbnb through TravelPerk:
First, the traveler must have an account, under their name, on Airbnb (either personal or professional). If the traveler does not have an account on Airbnb, go to Airbnb to create one.
Next, send the following info to email@example.com:
- Link to the Airbnb you'd like to book—make sure you specify the number of travelers that will be staying before copying the link.
- Dates of the stay
- Total price of the Airbnb for those dates and number of guests
- Names of the travelers who will be staying at the property
- Email address linked to the traveler's Airbnb account
- Payment method to be used when booking
Once we receive this information, we will send the traveler an email invitation to authorize TravelPerk to make bookings on their behalf. When the traveler accepts the invitation, TravelPerk will then be able to go through the booking process on Airbnb.
If the Airbnb host accepts the booking request, the traveler will receive an email from Airbnb and from TravelPerk to confirm the booking.
If the host declines the booking request, we will get in touch with the traveler to help them look for alternative accommodation.
Here's an email template you could use to send to our agents (firstname.lastname@example.org):

Dates: 29/01/2021 to 30/01/2021
Total price: 153 Euros - 2 guests ( 1 night )
Names of travelers: Luca Alfonso and Jane Smith
Email linked to the traveler's Airbnb account: email@example.com
Note: We can only book Airbnbs for the travelers who will be staying in them. Airbnb may request the traveler to verify their account by uploading personal information such as a telephone number, passport details, etc.
