Upgrade a flight

Due to confidentiality policies, TravelPerk can only upgrade flights using one of your company's payment profiles.

If you want to upgrade a flight using a company payment profile, contact our Customer Care team.  

 

Upgrades with loyalty points and personal cards

If you want to use frequent flyer/loyalty points or a personal payment card to upgrade your flight or purchase extras, you need to contact the airline directly.

If the airline upgrades your flight, they assume ownership of the ticket and our Customer Care team won't be able to help with changes or cancellations.

 

Loyalty program benefits

If you have frequent flyer/loyalty program benefits like free upgrades or free seat selection, you need to add them directly with the airline after booking.
