If you want to use frequent flyer/loyalty points or a personal payment card to upgrade your flight or purchase extras, you need to contact the airline directly.
If you have frequent flyer/loyalty program benefits like free upgrades or free seat selection, you need to add them with the airline after booking.
Due to confidentiality policies, our Customer Care team can only use company payment methods on the platform.
Note: If the airline upgrades your flight, they assume ownership of the ticket and our Customer Care team may be unable to help with changes or cancellations.
