You can cancel and rebook your trip on the platform in the upgraded cabin class.
- If you have frequent flyer status benefits like free upgrades or free seat selection, you need to add them with the airline after booking.
- If you want to use frequent flyer points or a personal credit card to upgrade your flight or purchase extras, you need to contact the airline directly. At TravelPerk, we can only use the company payment methods on the platform.
Note: If the airline upgrades your flight, they assume ownership of the ticket and our Customer Care team may not be able to help with changes or cancellations.
