If your trip's status is "Processing", it means we are actively working on your request by:
- Providing your travel information to the airline and purchasing the ticket for you
- Checking the data you have provided is accepted by the airline or hotel
Processing is usually done immediately, but can sometimes take up to 2 hours—mainly depending on the airline and other travel service providers.
If we encounter any issues whilst processing your booking, we will contact you via email or phone.
