A payment profile determines how users pay for their trips. Read "Managing Payment Profiles" for more information.
Admins can assign people to one or more payment profiles to make sure each trip is paid with the correct payment method and by the correct company. If a user isn't assigned to a specific payment profile, they'll only have access to payment profiles which are open to all users in that company.
Assigning a payment profile to a new user:
- Go to People
- Click on Add a new person
- Select the correct payment profile for this person from the list
- Click Save
Assigning a payment profile to an existing user:
- Go to Company settings
- Click on Payment profiles
- Click on New payment profile or Edit an existing one
- At the end of the form, you'll see an option to Assign people to this payment profile
- Click Create payment profile or Save payment profile to finish
