If you want to erase your personal data, contact one of your company Admins and request for your account to be deleted.
Archive users
Archived users lose access to their TravelPerk account and can't be selected for new trips. Their past trip information will still be available on the Reporting and Trip pages.
To archive a user:
- Go to the People page
- Search for the user and click their name
- At the bottom of the page, click Archive user
Note: SCIM - Azure/OKTA integrations and API implementation users can be archived on TravelPerk, but if they're still active in the original identity provider they will be marked as active on TravelPerk in the next sync.
Unarchive users
To unarchive a user, follow the Delete user instructions below and select Unarchive user.
- When you unarchive users, their personal information and company settings will be restored.
- Unarchiving a user in BambooHR will not automatically unarchive them on TravelPerk.
Delete users
When you delete a user, their personal data is removed from your account. Their past trip information will still appear on the Reporting and Trip pages without any personal information.
Once a user's account is deleted from the platform, it cannot be restored.
To delete a user:
- Go to the People page
- Select the Archived tab
- Search for the user and click their name
- At the bottom of the page, click Delete user
Personal data for deleted users
We retain some personal data to comply with legal obligations. We have specific retention policies and procedures so this data is deleted or anonymized after a reasonable time.
Tip: You can archive, unarchive, and delete multiple users at the same on the People page. Tick the checkbox next to the users' names and the options will appear at the bottom of the page.
