As a Company Admin, you can easily create labels to organize your business trips.
Use labels to group bookings by projects, events, teams or anything else to simplify your reporting and accounting.
For example, you can create the label #MobileWorldCongress2018 to group all trips related to this conference in Barcelona. You can then filter these trips in the Reporting section to track the overall travel expenses specifically for this event, regardless of which cost centers they are attached to.
Create a Label
- Click Company Settings --> Labels.
- Click Add labels.
- Pick a name for the label and click Create Label.
Nice! Your travelers will now be able to tag their trips with your label on the payment page, or on the confirmation page after booking their trips. You, as a Company Admin, will be able to see the trips booked under each label on the Reporting page.
