Create a new label

  • Only Admins can use this feature

Starting in May 2025, all labels will become custom fields. To learn more, see Updating labels to custom fields

Labels help to organize and view all associated trips on the Reporting page. They allow you to tag trips and track travel expenses for specific events, regardless of the cost centers they are linked to. 

To create a new label, follow these steps:

  1. Go Account settings
  2. Under Cost management select Labels
  3. Click Create new 
  4. Enter the label name and click Save
