This guide will help you join TravelPerk, set up your profile, and start traveling.
If you are trying to set up TravelPerk for your company, head over to the Getting started for Admins guide.
Step 1: Join TravelPerk
You’ve probably already received an invitation email with your username. Click Get started to begin.
Note: If you can’t find your invitation, check your spam folder or ask one of your admins to resend it.
Step 2: Fill out your personal profile
To help make the booking process as simple as possible, include as much information as you can on your profile.
Make sure to include your personal details, travel documents, frequent flyer/loyalty programs or train discount cards that you have.
- In the top right corner of your TravelPerk homepage, click your initials
- Select Your profile
- In the Personal section, click Edit to update your name, date of birth, and contact number
- To make changes to any of the other sections, click Edit or Add
If you don’t have all of your personal information with you right now, you can add it later. Learn more on Edit your profile.

Contact your company admin for:
- Approvals/requests: we automatically send admins or approvers an email when you request approval for a trip. If you require approval urgently, get in touch with them personally.
- Changing your role: admin are the only ones who can change your role for you. To learn more about roles, see Roles and permissions.
