When booking a hotel
Once you've selected your hotel, you can add a note for the hotel on the Review hotel details page.
We'll forward your message to the hotel, but we can't guarantee that it will be confirmed. You need to contact the hotel directly to confirm the extra, and any additional costs must be paid upon arrival.
After booking a hotel
If you want to add extras such as breakfast, early or late check-in and room upgrades or changes:
- On the TravelPerk homepage, click Trips
- Find the trip you want to add extras to and click Manage trip
- Select the part of the trip you want to change
- Select Add or change extras
We'll contact the hotel to arrange the extras and let you know once they are confirmed.
Note: Hotel extras are subject to availability and hotel fees.
