You can request a cancellation or modification to a trip if you booked it, or if you are the traveler. The easiest way to do this is directly through the TravelPerk platform.
Use this to change the dates or times of your travel, to add an extra like luggage or breakfast with the hotel room, or to add something else to your trip like a hire car.
When you change or cancel a trip, we inform the booker and all of the travelers to save you the trouble of emails back and forth.
Remember: If you need to make a change to a service that departs in under 24 hours, best to call us straight away on +34 911 98 31 42 or using one of these local numbers.
Changing or canceling part of a trip
- On the Trips dashboard
- Click on Modify / Cancel
- Select whose bookings you want to edit and whether it's a cancellation or modification
- Leave details of your cancellation or modification request (e.g. the new dates or new flight)
- Be sure to let us know what we should do if we find the request is subject to fees
- Click Send request and the details will go straight to our 24/7 support team
- What's next?
The booker of the trip and all travelers will be notified that a change has been requested, and the TravelPerk team will confirm the requested changes as soon as possible.
