You can request a cancellation or modification if you are the booker or the traveler of the trip.
By requesting the cancellation or modification within TravelPerk, we will help you inform all the travelers and booker at the same time, saving you from the trouble of back and forth emails.
Request a cancellation or modification
- Enter Trips dashboard
- Click on Cancel / Modify Trip
- Choose cancellation or modification
- Leave details of your cancellation or modification request (e.g. the new dates for your trip )
- Tell us how you'd like us to proceed if your request is subject to fees
- Click Send Request
- Whats next?
Your travelers will be notified, and the TravelPerk team will proceed and confirm the requested changes as soon as possible (usually within a couple of hours).
