How to change or cancel a trip from the web
There are 2 ways to change or cancel your trip:
- From the Help page: clicking on 'Help' at the top of your TravelPerk app and selecting 'Change or cancel a trip'.
- From the Trips page: clicking on 'Manage Trip' on the trip you'd like to modify or cancel.
Please remember: with the exception of cancellations of trips booked with FlexiPerk, all changes and cancellations are subject to the terms and fees of the service provider (airline, hotel, train operator, or car rental agency).
How to cancel a trip from the Help page
How does it work?
You can click on the Help page from anywhere in the app. In order to change or cancel a trip, follow the following steps:
- Open the Help page (at the top right of the application)
- Click on 'Change or cancel a trip'
- Find the trip you want to change or cancel
- Pick what you'd like to do:
- Change booking dates or times
- Change traveler name
- Add or change extras (like baggage, breakfast)
- Cancel a booking
- Manage something else
- Submit your request!
When someone changes or cancels a trip, we let the person who booked and any travelers know about it.
What happens next?
Our agents will take care of your request. In general, those changes won’t happen instantly! So don’t worry if they’re not visible right away, you’ll see them reflected on the booking in a few hours.
What happens if we're very busy?
If we are very busy, our response times may be slightly longer than usual. In that case, we will prioritise urgent requests.
- If you are contacting us at a busy time and your change or cancellation request is related to a booking happening in the next 72h, we consider it as urgent and will prioritise it.
- If you are contacting us at a busy time and your change or cancellation request is related to a booking happening after the next 72h, we will address it as soon as we've solved all the urgent requests. Thanks for your understanding!

How to cancel a trip from a mobile device
As travel plans can change last minute, anyone can now cancel a trip in just a few taps from their iOS mobile device.
- Go to the Trips tab, then press Upcoming
- Find the trip you want to cancel
- Open it and press Cancel trip
- Follow the rest of the steps until the cancellation request is complete
Good to know: you can make every trip refundable by adding FlexiPerk cancellation policy. You pay a small fee and then enjoy the peace of mind that you can cancel any trip up to 2 hours before departure, and still get your money back.
