How to change or cancel a trip from the web
While we sincerely hope your company's upcoming trips go ahead, we're pleased to have thorough measures in place for when they can't.
Anyone who books a trip or is a traveler on a trip can use the Manage trip button inside the platform to make changes or cancel bookings.
Remember: if you need to change or cancel a trip that starts in under 24 hours, open a chat with us on the TravelPerk platform or via the mobile app, or call us on one of these local numbers.
No matter the type of change or cancellation, first you'll need to:
- Go to the Trips page
- Find the trip you want to change or cancel
- Press Manage trip
Then, you'll be able to use this to:
- Change booking dates or times
- Change traveler name
- Add or change extras (like baggage, breakfast)
- Cancel a booking
- Manage something else
Simply select the option that applies to your case and follow the steps.
When someone changes or cancels a trip, we let the person who booked and any travelers know about it.
What happens next?
These changes won’t happen instantly—our agents will take care of them for you. So don’t worry if they’re not visible right away, you’ll see them reflected on the booking in a couple of hours.
How to cancel a trip from a mobile device
As travel plans can change last minute, anyone can now cancel a trip in just a few taps from their mobile device.
- Go to the Trips tab, then press Upcoming
- Find the trip you want to cancel
- Open it and press Cancel trip
- Follow the rest of the steps until the cancellation request is complete
