If you have set a Travel Policy on Travelperk, travelers on your company may have to request you to approve their trip. Here's how you can do that:
- You will receive both a notification on Travelperk and an email from the requester.
- Click on the trip you want to approve and review it accordingly. When you are done, click Approve Trip to approve the trip and access the checkout page. If you decide to not approve the trip, click Comment and Decline. An email will be sent to the requester.
- Choose your payment method and click Confirm Payment to approve the trip and confirm the payment. Travelers will receive the confirmation email that the trip has been approved and successfully booked.
