As an Approver, you will be asked to review and approve trip requests from your team. If you’re an Admin, you’ll also be able to edit the billing details for the trip.
How to approve a trip
- You’ll be notified about any approval requests by email, Slack and on Travelperk
- Review the trip details on the platform
- If there are issues with the requested trip, click Decline trip and you can leave comments for the requester
- If everything is in order, click Approve and pay
After approval, we’ll book the trip and send the traveler an email with their trip confirmation.
