If you have been nominated as an Approver by your company administrators, you may receive a request from someone on your team to approve their trip. Here's how to approve or decline their request:
- You will receive a notification on TravelPerk and an email.
- Click on the trip request and review it thoroughly. When you are ready: click Approve Trip to approve the trip, or click Comment and Decline if you do not approve the trip and a notification email will be sent to the requester.
- If you have decided to approve the trip, you will be brought to the checkout page. Choose your payment method and click Confirm Payment. Your traveler(s) will receive a confirmation email telling them that their trip has been approved and successfully booked.
