As an Approver, you need to review and approve trip requests from your assigned travelers. If you’re an Admin, you can also edit the billing details for the trip.
You’ll be notified about any approval requests by email, on TravelPerk or on Slack.

Approve a trip
Review the trip details on TravelPerk:
- If there are issues with the requested trip, click Decline trip and leave a comment for the requester.
- If there are no issues, click Approve and pay.
After approval, we’ll book the trip and send the traveler an email with their trip confirmation.
Tip: If an approver is going to be out of the office, they can choose who they want to manage approval requests while they're away. For more information, see Turn on out-of-office approvals.
