Who can use this feature?
- Only Admins have access to the Company Settings.
You can select how frequently you would like to receive your invoices by email: per trip, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Warning: Changes to your invoice period will take effect from the start of the following month.
To modify the invoice frequency follow these steps:
- Go to Company settings
- Click Invoice profiles
- Click Edit invoice profile and scroll down to see Billing preferences
- Invoices are created at the end of every billing period. You can change the billing period to indicate how frequently you’d like to receive your invoices. Note that this change will take effect starting from the next month, regardless of your frequency period. Click Save invoice profile.
