Who can use this feature?
- Only Admins have access to the Company Settings.
Invoices are created at the end of every billing period. You can change the billing period to indicate how frequently you’d like to receive your invoices by email: instant, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Warning: Changes to your invoice period will take effect from the start of the following month.
To modify the invoice frequency follow these steps:
- Go to Account settings.
- On the left, click on Invoice profiles.
- Click on Edit one you wish to edit.
- Scroll to Billing preferences, there you can edit the Billing cycle to the one you prefer.
- Scroll to the bottom where you can Save invoice profile.
