Who can use this feature?
- By default, only Admins can change a person's role. If you're not an admin but you need those permissions, then ask one of the admins to change your role.
To change a role
- Go to the People page
- Click on the person's name to open their user panel
- Click Edit profile
- Select their role. Five options are available: admin, traveler, travel manager, analyst, and guest (remember that guests must have an approval process where all trips need approval).
- Click Save profile.
Note: As an Admin, you can change a person's role as many times as you like.
