Travel policies are a Premium feature
To define a travel policy follow these steps:
- Go to Company settings
- Press Travel policy
- Edit any of the fields to set your policy
- Press Update to save
For Flights ✈️
- Advance booking: define how many days in advance flight bookings should be made
- Cabin classes: choose which cabin classes are allowed
- Cabin class exceptions: for flights over a certain number of hours, you can allow other cabin classes
- Global budget: set the upper limit of what travelers can spend on a flight
- Flight route exceptions: set a different budget for specific routes
For Hotels 🏨
- Advance booking: define how many days in advance hotel bookings should be made
- Maximum stars: choose which hotel star rating travelers can book
- Global budget: set the upper limit of what travelers can spend per night on a hotel
- Budget per city: set specific budgets depending on the city of the hotel
For Cars 🚗
- Advance booking: define how many days in advance car bookings should be made
- Daily budget: set the upper limit of what travelers can spend per day on a car rental
For Trains 🚂
- Global budget: set the upper limit of what travelers can spend per train ticket
You can make changes to your travel policies at any time by pressing Edit.
Tip: as an admin, you can also see the travel policies assigned to each traveler, and details of those policies from the People directory.
