π Travel Policies are a Premium feature
To define a Travel Policy follow these steps:
- Go to Company Settings
- Click Travel Policy
- Click Edit on any of the fields to set your policy
For Flights:
- Advance booking: Define how many days in advance flight bookings should be made
- Cabin classes: Choose the type of cabin classes that are allowed
- Cabin class exceptions: For flights over a certain number of hours, you can allow other cabin classes
- Global budget: Set the upper limit of what peopleΒ can spend on a flight
- Flight route exceptions: For specific routes you can set a different budget
For Trains
- Global budget: Set the upper limit of what people can spend on a train
Hotels
- Advance booking: Define how many days in advance hotel bookings should be madeΒ
- Maximum stars: Choose what star rating of hotels people can book
- Global budget: Set the upper limit of what people can spend per night on a hotel
- Budget per city: Set specific budgets depending on the city of the hotel
The Travel Policies you just created will be displayed on your Travel Policy page. As an Admin, you can make changes to your travel policy at any time by clickingΒ Edit.Β
Tip: As an admin, you can also see the travel policies assigned to each traveler, and details of those policies from the People directory.
