Who can use this feature?
- By default, only Admins can create and onboard new travelers.
There are 3 different ways to add new travelers to your TravelPerk account.
- Add new travelers to the people directory
- Add new travelers during the booking process
- Add multiple new travelers in bulk through a TravelPerk onboarding agent
Add new travelers into the people directory:
- Go to the People tab
- Select Add a Person
- Fill in the information
- Click Send invite and you’re done! Your new travelers will each receive a “Welcome aboard” email like this:

- When searching, start typing the name of your new traveler
- Click Register new traveler
- Fill in the information
- Click Save and you’re done! Your new traveler will receive a “Welcome aboard” email
Add travelers in bulk
- Download this spreadsheet
- Fill in the required information. Please ensure that the names are exactly as they appear in the official travel documents.
- First name
- Last name
- Sex
- Work email address
- If they need to be an Admin (Se our article on Roles and permissions if you're not sure)
- Send your completed spreadsheet to agent@travelperk.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
When your new travelers have been added to your account, they will each receive a “Welcome aboard” email.
