When you add a new user to your account you can decide which role and permissions they will have.
You can add new users to your TravelPerk account in 3 ways:

Add a new user manually - if the user needs to travel right away or you want to add personal details, you can add a new user manually and define their account settings. Once the new user is created, they can be added to trips immediately.

Invite new users by email - you can invite multiple users at once and include a custom message in the welcome email. The users must activate their accounts using the link in the welcome email before they can be added to trips.
- Add new users during the booking process - the new users will receive a welcome email inviting them to TravelPerk. They can only be added to trips once they activate their account.
Add a new user manually
- Go to the People page
- Click Invite People
- At the bottom of the form, click add manually
- Enter the traveler's details, select their role, cost center, and other settings
- Click Add person
Once the new user is created, they can be added to trips immediately.
Invite new users by email
- Go to the People page
- Click Invite People
- Enter the email addresses of the person you want to invite and decide if you want to add a custom message
- To change the default role and account settings, next to Invite settings, click Edit Settings - this is optional, you can also change roles and settings later
- Click Save Settings
- Click Send Invite
The users must activate their accounts using the link in the welcome email before they can be added to trips.
Add new users during the booking process
If you're using Single Sign-On (SSO), make sure that it's not mandatory to log in.
- On your TravelPerk homepage, start typing the name of the new user and click Register new traveler
- Decided if the user needs access to the platform, enter their personal information, select their role, cost center, and other settings
- Click Add person
The users must activate their accounts using the link in the welcome email before they can be added to trips.
