Adding a payment profile
- Go to Account settings > Companies and select the company.
- Click New payment profile.
If you've already set up a payment profile, click Manage payment profiles
- Go to Account settings > Payment profiles > Create payment profile.
- Enter card details, choose the company, select travelers, and enter billing information.
Editing a payment profile
- Go to Account settings > Payment profiles and select the profile.
- Edit the necessary sections of the profile.
Archiving and deleting a payment profile
- To archive - select the profile, scroll down, and select Archive payment profile.
- To delete - first archive the profile, then select the 3 dots and click Delete.
Payment profiles that have been used to book a trip cannot be deleted, only archived.
