Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details you need. You can use this email or our web or mobile app to access your flight details and check in for your flight.
Use this information to check-in online:
- Last name of the traveler
- Booking reference (Some airlines call this a Confirmation Number)
- Check-in email
Troubleshooting online check-in issues
If you have any problems checking-in online, follow these steps:
- Confirm the information you're entering is correct. Make sure the email you're using matches the one provided in your booking confirmation email.
- If the flight is being run by a different airline, try checking in with the operating airline instead.
- The airline may have registered your last name without spaces. If your surname includes a dash or space, try entering it without. For example, instead of "Smith Simpson", enter "SmithSimpson".
