- The traveler's last name
- Booking reference/Confirmation Number
- Check-in email
Trouble checking in online
If you are having trouble checking in online, here are some tips to try:
- Confirm the information you're entering is correct. Make sure the email you're using matches the one provided in your confirmation email.
- If the flight is operated and marketed by different airlines, try checking in with the operating airline.
- The airline may have registered your last name without spaces. Try entering your surname without spaces, dashes or special characters. For example, instead of "Smith Simpson", enter "SmithSimpson".
