Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details you need to check in for the flight.

You'll need the following information to check in online:

• The traveler's last name
• Booking reference/Confirmation Number
• Check-in email

Trouble checking in online

If you are having trouble checking in online, here are some tips to try:

• Confirm the information you're entering is correct. Make sure the email you're using matches the one provided in your confirmation email.
• If the flight is operated and marketed by different airlines, try checking in with the operating airline.
• The airline may have registered your last name without spaces. Try entering your surname without spaces, dashes or special characters. For example, instead of Smith Simpson, enter SmithSimpson.
