Your profile information is used when TravelPerk books a trip for you.
It's important that all of your profile information is complete and up to date so that there are no issues during the booking process.
You can include the following information in your profile:
- Personal details - essential information used to book your trips
- Travel documents - essential information used to book your trips
- Loyalty and frequent flyer programs
- Train discount cards
- Personal payment cards
- Preferences and setting - here you can change your currency and language
Edit your profile
- In the top right corner of the TravelPerk homepage, click your profile picture
- Select Your profile
- In the Personal section, click Edit to update your name, date of birth, and contact number
- Click Save profile
- To make changes to any of the other sections, click Edit or Add
Note: To change your user email or name, you'll need to contact your company Admin. To learn more, see Change your user email or name on TravelPerk.
