You can synchronize every trip on your company's TravelPerk account with a Google or Microsoft Outlook calendar by connecting a Google or Microsoft account.
Once set up, all bookings made with TravelPerk will be displayed with general information about all trips like the Trip ID, departure and arrival times and booking reference. Any changes to trips will be updated in your calendar.
You can only have 1 Google or Outlook calendar connected to your company's TravelPerk account.
TravelPerk can only read and send information to the TravelPerk Trips calendar created by the integration. We won't have access to other events on the Google or Outlook calendar.
Enable the Calendar integration
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Integrations
- Find the Calander integration and click Set up
- Click Enable
- Sign In with a Google or Microsoft account
- Give access to the TravelPerk Integration by clicking Allow or Accept. If you are connecting a personal Google account, you'll need to tick the boxes and click Continue
- On the Calander integration, click Manage and your new connection will be displayed as Admin calendar connection to account:
- In the Google or Outlook calendar, you will have a calendar called TravelPerk Trips
- All your trips on TravelPerk will now automatically show up in the TravelPerk Trips calendar on your Google calender
Disable the Calander integration
You can disable the Calander integration at any point.
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Integrations
- Find the Calander integration and click Manage
- Click Disable
Note: Once you have disconnected your calendar connection, you need to manually remove the TravelPerk Trips calendar from your calendar.
